Apple reported record Services revenue of $31.57 billion for the fiscal fourth quarter ended September 26, 2026, up 9.8% from a year earlier. The segment includes the App Store, Apple TV, Apple Music, Apple Pay, AppleCare, iCloud and advertising.
Total quarterly revenue was $114.5 billion, a 12% year-over-year increase. iPhone revenue rose 17% to $57.58 billion, setting a September-quarter record. Apple reported diluted earnings per share of $2.10, up 14%, and a gross margin of 47.9%.
The results were the first earnings report under CEO John Ternus, who took over the role from Tim Cook on September 1. Ternus said the record iPhone sales and Services performance capped Apple’s best fiscal year to date, and highlighted the company’s lineup for the holiday season.
Apple said it expects revenue in the December 2026 quarter to grow between 7% and 10% year over year.
