Actor Dominique Moore has launched DMA Talent, a development agency for young performers. The agency opens with around 10 clients, including Sienna Grey Moore, who appeared in Waffle’s After School Club, and agent Geri Spicer. Its team also includes staff focused on wellbeing and safeguarding.

DMA Talent will work with performers from age six through adulthood, supporting them and their parents, carers and agents with training, auditions and callbacks. The agency plans to provide an in-house chaperone team during filming and specialist aftercare when projects end.

Moore is known for playing historical figures including Rosa Parks and Mary Seacole in CBBC’s Horrible Histories. Her other credits include Tracey Ullman’s Show and BBC Three’s Barely Legal.

The launch builds on Moore’s decade of mentoring through DMA London and the not-for-profit DMA Foundation. Past mentees include Maddie Evans, Cole Martin, Isabella Sermon and Evie Templeton.

Moore said DMA Talent aims to set a new standard for developing and caring for young performers. She described the agency as the next step in the DMA journey, alongside the foundation and DMA London, with the goal of helping emerging talent access opportunities and grow as people and artists.
