Funko has released two new Bitty POP! Books sets based on Sarah J. Maas’s A Court of Thorns and Roses series. The collectibles are available in Target stores and online starting Nov. 4, and mark the debut of Funko’s Bitty POP! Books product line, created with Maas’s licensing agency, IMG Licensing.
The first sets draw on A Court of Thorns and Roses and its sequel, A Court of Mist and Fury. The first includes a Spring Court Manor Bitty POP! Town and figures of Feyre at Solstice, Rhysand with wings, Tamlin and Lucien. The Mist and Fury set features Moonstone Palace, alongside figures of Cassian, Azriel, Morrigan and Amren. Each comes in a book-themed collectible box and includes a bookmark shaped like Prythian.
The launch follows Funko’s first wave of ACOTAR products, which arrived in September. CEO Josh Simon told Variety that the line has been the company’s top license for first-time purchases on its direct-to-consumer site since launch. He also said women account for three out of four customers buying from the collection.
Simon described the line as unusual because book-based collectibles often arrive after characters have appeared in a film or television adaptation. He said Funko worked with Maas and her team on the designs, including characters whose appearances had previously existed mainly in readers’ imaginations.
Funko plans to develop products tied to the series’ current books and its forthcoming seventh installment, Simon told Variety, but did not disclose details. The series currently consists of six books, with A Court of Fractured Melody scheduled for release in January 2027.
