Inde Navarrette’s Halloween episode of “Saturday Night Live” drew 5.2 million viewers, the show’s largest audience of the season so far. The “Obsession” star’s episode outperformed those hosted earlier this season by Jalen Brunson, Dakota Johnson and Shane Gillis.

The result also compares favorably with recent seasons. During Season 51, only two episodes attracted more than 5.2 million viewers: Ariana Grande’s December 2025 episode, which featured Cher as musical guest and marked Bowen Yang’s final appearance as a cast member, reached 5.4 million; the season finale hosted by Will Ferrell, with Paul McCartney as musical guest, drew 5.3 million.

Navarrette’s episode had “SNL”’s strongest performance on Peacock since the Season 51 installment hosted by Harry Styles, who also served as musical guest. Among viewers aged 18 to 49, it earned the program’s best rating since John Mulaney hosted in November 2024. Clips from the episode generated 325 million views across YouTube, Facebook, X, Instagram and TikTok, a season high.

Gracie Abrams was the musical guest. The episode also included Tom Hanks returning as David S. Pumpkins, alongside “SNL” alum Bobby Moynihan.

Druski is set to host the Nov. 7 episode, with the Strokes as musical guest. Mulaney will host on Nov. 14, marking his seventh stint, with Phoebe Bridgers as musical guest.
