Jimmy Akingbola has signed with Paradigm for representation. He is best known for playing Geoffrey Thompson, the Banks family’s house manager, in 38 episodes of Bel-Air, the reimagining of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.
Akingbola is next set to appear in First Woman, an upcoming space mystery drama series from ITV and ZDF. His television credits also include ITV crime thriller The Tower, In the Long Run, Rev and Kate and Koji, as well as Most Dangerous Game, Ted Lasso and Arrow.
His stage work includes Blue/Orange at The Crucible Theatre, The Island at The Young Vic, The Cut at Donmar Warehouse, Look Back in Anger at Jermyn Street Theatre, Prayer Room at Lyceum Theatre and Father Comes Home From the Wars at the Royal Court.
Akingbola continues to be represented by Anonymous Content, B-Side Management and Peikoff Mahan.
