Kurt Fuller is guest-starring in Thursday’s episode of CBS’s “Elsbeth” as Rory Torkelson, an insurance investigator who works with Elsbeth (Carrie Preston) on the death of a country club president. Fuller previously appeared in all four seasons of “Evil,” the supernatural drama created by Robert and Michelle King and Michelle King.
In an exclusive preview shared by TVLine, Elsbeth and Rory meet at the club after he narrowly avoids being hit by one of her golf balls. Rory tells her their investigation may be reaching a dead end, but his response to information about club member Perry Macintyre (Nat Faxon) suggests Perry remains a key suspect.
Fuller played Dr. Kurt Boggs, Kristen’s therapist, on “Evil.” His other television credits include “Psych,” “Supernatural,” “The Good Wife,” “The Good Fight” and “BrainDead.”
The episode also features Elsbeth and her mother, played by returning guest star Christine Ebersole, meeting Teddy’s future in-laws. Erika Woods (“Power Book III: Raising Kanan”) appears as Teddy’s future mother-in-law.
