Snowstorm has hired Joe Ingham, formerly head of development and an executive producer at Vice Studios, as an executive producer. His credits include Ross Kemp: Lost Boys, Deadly Men for Crime and Investigation, and EastEnders: 40 Years on the Square for the BBC.
Founded in 2022, Snowstorm was co-founded by Neil Blair, J.K. Rowling’s agent, and producer Kat Mansoor. The company’s credits include Molly Vs The Machines, Channel 4’s film about British teenager Molly Russell, and Björk: Cornucopia for Apple.
Mansoor said Ingham brings creative experience, a strong track record and an understanding of the industry. She said his appointment would support Snowstorm as it grows its slate and explores new opportunities.
Ingham described Snowstorm as a company associated with original storytelling and filmmaking, and said it had adopted new funding models and ways of connecting with audiences. Blair is Snowstorm’s chair.
