Morgan Lindholm plays Maddie Calvin, the estranged daughter of U.S. Marshal Pete “Cal” Calvin, played by Logan Marshall-Green, in Marshals. Maddie works as a bartender at the local Bullet ’n Barrel, where she trades barbs with customers and navigates a complicated relationship with her father.
Before joining the Yellowstone spin-off, Lindholm had guest roles in several television series. Her first TV acting credit was a brief appearance in a 2017 episode of Bones. She later appeared in a two-episode arc on The Fosters, played a younger version of a character portrayed by Judith Roberts in the AMC supernatural drama NOS4A2, and had small roles in Chicago Med and Leverage: Redemption. Her earlier screen work also included the thriller films 2020 and Truth or Dare.
Marshals is Lindholm’s first television role as a consistently recurring character. She appeared in 11 of the first season’s 13 episodes and is set to continue developing Maddie in the currently streaming second season.
In an April 2026 interview with The Dallas Morning News, Lindholm said she felt nervous before joining the cast, describing the opportunity in the Yellowstone universe as intimidating. She said the welcoming atmosphere on set helped her settle in, and recalled that the cast often joked and listened to guest musicians during bar scenes. Lindholm described the set as happy, despite the show’s dark material.
